Twenty-five years of real estate sales experience of which twenty-two of those acting as principal broker.  Twenty years of real estate appraisal experience with over 5000 residential and small income producing assignments throughout the state of Virginia.

Specialized Studies

Graduate Christopher Newport University– B.S. in Business Administration.  Passed the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers exams: (1A-1) Real Estate Appraisals Principles, (1A-2) Basic Valuation Procedures, have taken and passed Advanced Appraisals with tests (1B-A) and (1B-B), Standards of Professional Practice, USPAP courses, Appraisal Institutes Demonstration Report Writing class, Residential Valuation and numerous other courses in the form of Real Estate Broker continuing education.
